EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Breakthrough is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization as it continues to serve the mentally ill population of Sedgwick County. The Executive Director will report directly to the Board and desired qualifications include a Master Degree in Human Services or Business, at least five years leadership experience in a non-profit or government agency and the ability to embrace the values of a participatory leadership style required to promote the Club House Model.

Experience in legislative affairs and fundraising desired.
